Alan Pardew has asked the West Ham board for a £15 million transfer kitty to build on this years success in the Premiership.
Top of Pardew's shopping list are Charlton's Luke Young, Tottenham's Stephen Kelly and Birmingham's Matthew Upson.
Pardew believes that with backing from the board he can build on this year's success and push for European qualification during the next campaign.
West Ham still have an outside chance of qualifying for Europe this season should they go on to win the F.A. Cup or reach the final and lose to an already qualified for Europe side. |
