All of our products are 100% unofficial and are not endorsed by the personalities, clubs or organisations that they may be perceived as portraying. All of our products are subject to availability. If for any reason a product is out of stock or unavailable we will make every effort to notify you as soon as possible.
3. Payment & Security
All of our online payments are processed through Paypal. Paypal is one of the world's leading providers of Internet payment solutions. The security of your information, transactions, and money is the core of PayPal's business.

4. Delivery methods & Postage costs
We aim to despatch all orders within 7 days of receipt and payment clearance. If for any reason we are unable to despatch within this time frame we will make every effort to notify you as soon as possible.
We currently use standard Royal Mail services for the despatch of all orders, in the UK we generally use the normal signed for first class service.
Our postage and packaging charges are as follows:
UK Mainland: £3.50 per order.
Other EU: £6.00 per order.
All other countries: £8.00 per order
In some instances these prices may vary but you will be notified of the correct pricing at the time of placing your order.

5. Returns policy
If you are not happy with your goods for any reason you may return unworn garments in their original condition and packaging, by contacting us at info@all3points.co.uk quoting your order reference number, your reasons for return, details of the items you wish to return and including details of any exchange required within 28 days of purchase. We will provide you with a returns number which should be quoted on the outside of your return packaging. Please do not mark the item's packaging or labels in anyway. No returns will be accepted without a return's number.
Please note that we only issue refunds where an item is returned to us in its original re-sellable condition. Please note that the cost of postage will not be refunded and that you are expected to return the item at your own expense.
For your own protection please get a proof of posting form free from any post office, this will give you a tracking reference and if the item is lost in the post, Royal Mail will give you a claim form. We will not be held responsible for any items that go missing in the post and no exchange or refund will be issued until we are in receipt of goods in their original condition.
Once items have been received in the condition described above we will refund the cost of the item to your credit/debit card through Paypal
or dispatch the exchange requested.
6. Cancellation policy
You may cancel your order at anytime before despatch by sending an email to info@all3points.co.uk or by phone on 01296 481504 and any money paid will be refund, however please note that due to the quick turnaround of our items, we may be unable to stop delivery in which case please see our returns policy.

Our liability to you is limited to the amount paid by you for the relevant goods or services.
