Spurs are locked in a two way race for Czech central defender Tomas Ujfalusi with Italian giants Juventus according to reports over the weekend.

29 year old Ujfalusi currently plays his football in Serie A for Fiorentina and is thought to be one of new Spurs boss Juande Ramos targets for this transfer window.

Juventus boss Claudio Ranieri has £20 million to spend this January and is set to push Tottenham in the race for the big defender who has been in impressive form this season for his club.
