Roman Abramovich has ordered the Chelsea scouts to find him the 3 best players at this month's under 21 European Championships as he focuses his attention on youth.

The Sunday Mirror claims that Abramovich has given his scouts the unenviable task of identifying the tournaments three most talented players with a view to bringing them to Stamford Bridge.

The paper claims one of those players is likely to be Italian star Gianpaolo Pazzani from Fiorentina.

Chelsea's head scout Piet De Visser has his eye on four players in particular who he believes will shine this summer, telling the paper:

"There are four players with their names written in capital letters on my notepad. Players who are not under contract with a big club yet."
